KELTTO is the new brand of Stroypanel, a company founded in 1998 as one of the first manufacturers of prefab products in Russia—enclosing sandwich panels. Since its inception, the company has completed thousands of projects as a supplier, designer, and contracting organization. We have participated in projects across all regions of the Russian Federation, including remote areas such as Kamchatka, the Far North, and Novaya Zemlya. The company has also carried out a number of projects in Antarctica, on Spitsbergen Island, in Iceland, and other exotic locations.
By 2020, it became clear that the company’s strategy no longer matched its accumulated experience, expertise, and advanced machine park. It was then decided to apply this experience in developing standard technical solutions for fast-erecting buildings across various sectors, which would comprehensively address the needs of our clients.
Since 2020, the company's anchor products have become fast-erecting buildings (PEB) and other prefab solutions.
The successful implementation of comprehensive EPCM projects led us to the decision to divide the company into two structures: Stroypanel, a general contracting company specializing in the full realization of projects using prefab technologies, and KELTTO, a factory for the production of fast-erecting buildings and other prefab products. The new name was chosen based on the historical name of the area where the factory is located.
Just like in 1998, we continue to strive to offer our customers optimal and innovative comprehensive solutions.

The assembly workshop with automated lines performs maximum assembly of products from other workshops to minimize on-site work.

The metalworking workshop produces standard products using cold rolling, bending, laser cutting, and welding methods.

The panel bonding workshop, utilizing the stand method, produces various types of panels, including standard sandwich panels, enabling the implementation of any technical ideas.

The new name of the factory for fast-erecting structures and prefab products is KELTTO
A decision has been made to expand the production capacity for fast-erecting buildings and prefab products. The new name of the factory, KELTTO, is tied to the historical name of the location where, since 1998, we have been creating and manufacturing high-quality products for various construction sectors. Stroypanel continues to operate as a full-cycle EPCM contractor, specializing in the implementation of projects using fast-erecting technologies.

By 2021, we had established ourselves as a full-cycle company—ranging from the development of technical solutions and project documentation to the production of complex fast-erecting buildings and the implementation of challenging capital projects for temporary settlements. The company has completed several projects in remote locations, successfully handing over the facilities for operation.

By 2020, the main products became fast-erecting complete buildings. Our proprietary technical solutions, distinct from those available on the market, quickly resonated with clients. In addition to fast-erecting buildings, we continued to produce high-quality prefab products.

Expansion of production capacity – adding metalworking and light steel frame construction (LSFC)
In 2014, a complex of metalworking equipment was acquired for the production of galvanized cold-rolled profiles and components. This marked a new stage in the development of the company’s complete fast-erecting building division.

Increase in production capacity
Against the backdrop of rapid economic growth, the company’s production capacity has been increased many times over. Our products have been used to build all IKEA stores, as well as the majority of retail, logistics, and industrial facilities in the Northwestern Federal District. Supplies were delivered for thousands of large-scale projects across all regions of Russia.
